What you type into our tools

Calculations happen entirely in your browser. The amounts, dates and invoice numbers you enter are not sent to us and are not stored.

If you email us

If you contact us by email, we'll use your email address and message only to reply to you. We keep that correspondence for up to 12 months, then delete it.

Advertising

Invoici is free because it shows adverts provided by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads and to measure how they perform. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before these cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time.

Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. This information is aggregated and isn't used to identify you.

Our hosting

Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as IP addresses in server logs, to keep the site secure and running. These logs are kept for a short period.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Email us to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
